ThunderBay Management maintains the leasing and maintenance of the professional office buildings we designed and built. We are a locally owned family business. We have been building and managing professional office space in Olympia for over 25 years. We are the hands on managers of all of our properties. Many of our Lessees are the original tenants in their buildings. We have a blend of older well maintained space, and new offices. Our goal is to maintain the properties in a quality condition that makes our Lessees and their employees happy and comfortable. Our maintenance team is available 24/7. Our property manager is onsite. We enjoy a close working relationship with all of our tenants.
